STAKE
Stake a bond and share in this bond's own redemption fees plus a treasury-funded budget. Nothing is printed: every unit paid out was transferred in first. Staked bonds keep accruing coupon — staking does not touch the NAV, and there is no lock-up.

GOVERNANCE
Hold xLABE to vote on the contracts behind this page. A proposal is a specific call (target + calldata) — if it passes, anyone can execute it through the 48-hour timelock. Voting power is snapshotted at the proposal block: moving your tokens afterwards does not change a vote already cast.
VOTING POWER
Deposit 1:1, withdraw any time. No lock-up, no fee.
NEW PROPOSAL
Where the rewards come from. Stream 0 is USDG: the 10 bps redemption fee this bond's vault charges, paid straight into the staking pool. Stream 1 is LABE: a budget the treasury transfers in. Both are finite and visible on-chain — the pool can only ever pay out what it holds. Rates above are annualised from the currently funded budget and the current pool size; when a budget runs out the rate goes to zero, and nothing here is a promise of return. LABE is an incentive token, not a dollar yield.
Bond value accrues as coupon, published on-chain by the issuer's keeper. Coupon is paid into the vault separately — until it arrives, redemptions larger than the vault's reserves are rejected on-chain. The figure above is what the vault can actually pay right now.
Two chains, two jobs. The bond programs themselves — the sovereign-debt instruments these tokens track — are issued on Robinhood Chain and Stellar. What runs behind this page is not: the vaults, the NAV oracles and the staking pools are contracts on Robinhood Chain (4663), and every figure here is read from it.
Who can change things. The admin of every contract here — vaults, NAV oracles and staking pools — is a 2-of-3 multisig (Safe), not a single key. The key that publishes the NAV every six hours is not an admin, and no admin can move a staked bond or a vault reserve.
